Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Australia. We do not ship overseas.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

When your order is sent

We send orders from our showroom at 30-32 Compton Rd, Woodridge QLD 4114.

If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you straight away and offer a full refund or a different item.

Delivery times

Please allow up to 2 weeks from your order to delivery. Delivery times vary by region. Brisbane and South East Queensland orders usually arrive fastest, while other states and regional or remote areas take longer. Once your order is sent, the courier's tracking shows the expected delivery date. Times can change during busy periods.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order has been sent.

Delivery and signature

Large rugs and furniture are delivered by courier. Please make sure someone can receive the delivery, or let us know if the courier can leave it in a safe place.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will fix it. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
